常見問題

要付費嗎？下載配特、把你的寵物畫成像素、看今日精選和聊天，都不用付費。有些額外的功能要付費，例如今天的三張都決定好之後，還想再多看三張。要付費的地方，按下去之前都會先標出價錢，付款由 Apple 處理。
怎麼刪除帳號？在 app 的「我的檔案」頁面最下面。會刪掉哪些資料、配對和訊息會怎麼處理，請看隱私權政策第七條。
怎麼檢舉或封鎖別人？「配對」列表的每一列右邊都有一個「⋯」，對話畫面的右上角也有。封鎖之後，對方會從你的配對列表消失，你們的對話也會結束。
很久沒打開配特，我的卡片還會發給別人嗎？不會。如果你超過 30 天沒打開配特，你的卡片會先暫停，不會出現在任何人的今日精選裡。只要再打開配特，卡片就會恢復，從隔天開始照常發給別人。我們希望別人收到的每一張卡片，後面都真的有人在。暫停前幾天，如果你有開通知，我們會先提醒你一次。
換手機的時候，怎麼把帳號帶過去？先在「我的寵物」頁面把帳號綁定到 Apple 或 Google。換到新手機之後，在同一個地方選同一個 Apple 或 Google 帳號，就會回到原來的帳號。沒有綁定的帳號，刪掉 app 或換手機之後可能就找不回來了。
我的照片誰看得到？用來畫像素的照片只有你看得到，我們也不會拿去分享。你另外選來分享的照片（寵物的和你自己的，各最多十張），只有在 app 裡跟你家寵物「認識」過的人看得到，你隨時可以在寵物頁的「照片」裡拿掉。如果你按「分享」把寵物身分證分享出去，身分證上的那一張照片，拿到連結的人都看得到。
收容所的動物怎麼認養？我們不是收容所，也不經手認養。卡片上有收容所的電話、地址，還有牠在全國動物收容管理系統上的頁面，請直接跟收容所聯絡。實際情況請以收容所告訴你的為準。
收容所的資料是從哪裡來的？來自農業部的開放資料「動物認領養」。依授權條款，標示如下：農業部 2026 動物認領養。此開放資料依政府資料開放授權條款 (Open Government Data License) 進行公眾釋出，使用者於遵守本條款各項規定之前提下，得利用之。政府資料開放授權條款：https://data.gov.tw/license。我們拿了哪些資料、沒拿哪些，請看資料來源頁。

We handle requests about personal data within the time limits in section 8 of the Privacy Policy. PEITE is made and run by Beans & Crystal, a very small studio.

Common questions

Does it cost anything? Downloading PEITE, drawing your pet in pixels, Today’s picks and chatting don’t cost anything. A few extras do, like seeing three more cards after you’ve decided on today’s three. Anything that costs money shows its price before you tap it, and Apple handles the payment.
How do I delete my account? Go to the bottom of “My profile” in the app. Section 7 of the Privacy Policy explains what gets deleted and what happens to your matches and messages.
How do I report or block someone? Tap the “⋯” on the right of their row in your Matches list, or at the top right of your conversation. Once you block someone, they disappear from your Matches list and the conversation ends.
If I don’t open the app for a while, is my card still shown to people? No. If you haven’t opened PEITE in over 30 days, we pause your card, so it won’t show up in anyone’s daily picks. Open the app again and your card comes back, and people start getting it again from the next day. We want every card someone gets to have a real person behind it. If your notifications are on, we’ll remind you once, a few days before the pause.
How do I keep my account when I get a new phone? First, link your account to Apple or Google on the “My pets” page. On the new phone, go to the same place and pick the same Apple or Google account, and you’ll be back in your account. If your account isn’t linked, you may lose it when you delete the app or change phones.
Who can see my photos? Only you can see the photos used to draw your pet, and we never share them. The photos you choose to share (up to ten of your pet and up to ten of yourself) are shown in the app only to people who have met your pet in “Meet”, and you can take any of them down at any time under “Photos” on the pet’s page. If you share your pet’s ID card with the Share button, anyone with the link can see the one photo on it.
How do I adopt a shelter animal? We aren’t the shelter, and we don’t take part in adoptions. The card has the shelter’s phone number and address and a link to the animal’s listing, so please contact the shelter directly. Whatever the shelter tells you is what counts.
Where does the shelter data come from? It comes from 農業部 2026 動物認領養 (Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Adoption), released under the Open Government Data License. The Data sources page explains what we take and what we don’t.
